We had a raw water intake pump failure on our Cummins/Onan generator and didn’t have a spare onboard. This really put us in a pinch because we need our generator to make water. I called Jesse while we were in Guadeloupe and explained our situation. His communication skills and integrity are of the highest standard. He helped me determine our generator issues then clearly explained what replacement parts as well as spares we would need and how long it would take to get parts and when we could get on his schedule. We sailed north to Antigua a couple of days later. Parts came in earlier than expected and he did the work earlier than expected. Additionally, we had another problem arise the night before our generator repair. Jesse brought an extra engineer to troubleshoot and repair that problem as well! In this industry it is so refreshing to come across a professional that not only does what he says he will do, but that truly manages his projects and his customers’s expectations.
